Justice and Equity Plans

CJS will provide strategic advice to help organizations, unions, employers, policy advisors, governments and public sector institutions along with their legal counsel to take the lead on securing justice and equity by:

  • developing and implementing a gender and equity lens to inform organizational decision-making and budgeting;
  • developing human rights impact assessments and plans to achieve human rights compliance;
  • developing systemic pay and  employment equity plans; and
  • developing service equity plans to achieve equitable service delivery.

Mary Cornish brings to this work her years of experience in providing such advice and her unique systemic approach.  Working in collaboration with affected equity seekers, CJS will help clients to develop the necessary specific organizational tools to carry out the equity analysis, including quantitative and qualitative data, targets, goals, plans and monitoring.
